The Financial Institution Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining awareness of regulatory requirements, risk management issues, and best practices affecting financial institution operations. This includes participating in or leading compliance-related initiatives and projects, including risk assessments. The position ensures disclosures, forms, marketing material, and the website meet regulatory requirements, providing focused compliance support to assigned departments. The Compliance Analyst must manage multiple deadlines effectively. Responsibilities include acting as a regulatory compliance resource, researching and responding to requests for compliance assistance, participating in corporate projects, and collaborating on the creation and revision of forms and procedures. The role also involves conducting compliance testing, preparing reports, and participating in professional development to stay current with laws and regulations.
