AI Strategy & Architecture: Define AI systems architecture and lead the design of scalable, secure AI solutions. Establish development standards and best practices for responsible AI. Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security and data integrity.
Hands-On Technical Leadership: Architect, prototype, and deliver AI/ML applications, overseeing model fine-tuning and performance monitoring. Review and guide technical work across the AI engineering team.
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives and product teams to identify high-value AI opportunities. Translate business challenges into technical solutions and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Manage and grow an AI engineering team, providing career development and technical guidance. Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
