Job Description

You are trusted to lead research in areas that are ambiguous, risky, or critical to product success, proactively impacting how product teams think, plan, and make decisions. You will define and drive research strategy for a key strategic vertical, aligning insight work to customer problems and outcomes, influencing how product, design, and engineering operate by embedding evidence and usability into discovery, delivery, and iteration. Your responsibilities include operationalizing research practices, mentoring others on research-informed decision-making, raising visibility of customer understanding, and championing a qualitative and quantitative approach. You will drive generative and foundational research efforts, develop research roadmaps, translate business problems into research questions, and leverage mixed methods to triangulate insights. Key to your success will be owning and executing research prioritization, synthesizing findings into narratives, creating scalable frameworks, and acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership, all while fostering continuous growth, driving prioritization, and contributing to team culture.
