DevOps Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own decisions about deployment, security, scaling, and cloud spend control while designing and operating deployment automation using Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Build operational foundations to scale the infrastructure team and move application architecture toward cloud-native patterns like ECS and Kubernetes.
• Bake security and compliance into infrastructure by default to support HITRUST and SOC 2 requirements.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in DevOps or platform engineering with recent hands-on technical contribution and production-grade Terraform experience.
• Deep multi-cloud expertise in AWS and Azure, with proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and container orchestration in production.
• Track record managing a small team and experience operating in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance.

Compensation and Location:

• Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $185,000 depending on experience, with a target hire around $165,000, plus a performance bonus.
• The role is remote within the United States, with a note that the company is not hiring in California for this position.
