Lead a team building web applications, agentic tooling integrations (MCP servers, SDK experiences), and account management services.
Oversee technical design, task decomposition, and daily standups to ensure the team executes on schedule and works on cross-functional projects.
Drive the self-serve growth engine, focusing on activation funnels, in-product upgrade flows, and PLG experimentation.

Requirements:

Possess a strong technical background in building world-class user-facing applications and proven management and leadership experience.
Have experience working in early-stage startups, including building, scaling, and fundraising, and the ability to drive technical decisions thoughtfully.
Demonstrate passion for good engineering practices, emerging technologies, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building AI-powered developer tooling such as playgrounds, SDK experiences, or evaluation UIs for ML models.
Experience shipping agentic or voice AI integrations like MCP servers, function-calling pipelines, or voice assistant SDKs.
Experience driving product-led growth at a developer-tools company, including activation experiments and usage-based pricing instrumentation.
