Role Mission & Overview:
- Build and lead 1-2 engineering teams through a complex architectural shift.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across CampCo to ensure the platform effectively supports diverse product requirements.
- Mentor and grow engineers at all levels, providing technical guidance and career coaching.

- Expertise in building and maintaining platform features that serve both internal developers and external customers.
Our Interview Process:
- 45 min - interview with People & Culture.
- 60 min - interview with Hiring Manager.
- 60 min - architecture interview with Engineering team member.
