AI/ML Engineer

Help build the AI systems that power GrowthX’s content generation platform — where LLMs handle execution and experts provide strategy and judgment. You’ll design, build, and ship the core agent workflows and model-driven features that help our customers create content humans alone can’t produce, and AI alone shouldn’t. Your work will bridge new breakthrough research to production, ensuring quality, safety, and continuous improvement at scale. You’ll also work on many other parts of our business where we rely on agents. Responsibilities include building and iterating on LLM features, designing and maintaining APIs, improving model performance through RAG and fine tuning, benchmarking and optimizing performance, and strengthening reliability for AI systems.
