About The Role:

  • Support Dandy’s international expansion by ensuring our brand and creative work can scale across markets.
  • Partner closely with regional General Managers and Dandy’s U.S.-based creative team to manage the intake, localization, and delivery of creative assets.
  • Act as the operational bridge between regional market needs and our internal creative teams, managing workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Run localization workflows using translation and localization tools to adapt messaging and assets for regional markets.
  • Build and manage scalable processes for international creative production, ensuring efficient workflows across teams and time zones.
  • Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple markets simultaneously.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or localization program management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
