Daily Practice:

• Conduct 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions for patients with conditions like anxiety and depression.
• Manage a consistent caseload with 60-minute intakes and follow-ups, supported by in-house scheduling and billing.
• Utilize a referral network with psychiatrists and avoid inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities.

Clinical Model:

• Exercise independent treatment decision-making and input on scheduling within operational guidelines.
• Adhere to evidence-based clinical standards and receive support from accessible clinical leadership.
• Focus on patient care while administrative tasks like credentialing and licensing are handled by the team.

Compensation and Support:
