Senior Manager, Salesforce Engineering

Team Leadership & Delivery:

• Manage a high-performing team of onshore and offshore Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Establish rigorous deployment readiness standards and ensure zero-disruption production releases.
• Drive Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and resolve technical blockers to maximize output.

Roadmap Execution & Innovation:

• Align engineering initiatives with the strategic roadmap in partnership with Platform Strategy and Architecture.
• Collaborate on target architecture evolution across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds with Snowflake integration.
• Infuse an automation-first philosophy, exploring AI capabilities like Agentforce and Data Cloud connectivity.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows).
• Strong knowledge of deployment tools (Copado), AI implementation, data modeling, and HIPAA compliance.
