Director of Revenue Cycle

Optimize financial operations and establish a best-in-class revenue cycle infrastructure. Reporting to the CFO, your leadership will propel InStride Health's growth as you navigate both traditional fee-for-service billing and alternative payment models. You'll oversee all facets of the revenue cycle, from payor contracting to billing, collections, and in-depth analytics. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive RCM strategy, ensure accurate billing and collections, and manage appeals efficiently. Implement a denial management program to proactively address issues. Design workflows and tech solutions for alternative payment models. Monitor KPIs like clean claim rate and collection rate. Evaluate revenue cycle technologies. Manage vendor relationships. Collaborate with the Payor team for smooth contract implementation. Mentor the RCM team, driving high performance and satisfaction.
