Role Impact:
- Accelerate the transition to a native AI business by deploying applied AI automations and copilots across operational teams.
- Turn ambiguous operational problems into practical, adopted workflows that save time, improve quality, and create leverage.
- Build the muscle for safe and effective AI usage across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to deeply understand workflows, bottlenecks, and success metrics for AI intervention.
- Build and integrate workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Zapier, Retool, SQL, and various APIs.
- Measure and iteratively improve deployed workflows based on user feedback, adoption, and performance data.
Qualifications & Success:
- Requires 3–6 years in operations, strategy, or automation with demonstrated hands-on AI application.
- Success is defined by shipping useful prototypes in 90 days and deploying a portfolio of actively used automations within 6 months.
- The ideal candidate has high agency, strong judgment, and a bias for building over strategy-only work.
