About the Role:
- Responsible for answering client telephone inquiries about their claims.
- Processing claims, and invoicing Veterans Affairs Canada.
- Customer service and clerical role.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to questions and resolving tickets in our ticketing system.
- Process client claims and service provider invoices in case management system.
- Review, process, and invoice all RSVP services to the contractual standard as needed.
