Job Description

The Corporate Compliance Officer answers to the President and Board of Directors of Dialysis Clinic Inc. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Corporate Compliance Program for DCI and for directing the work of the DCI compliance department staff. In addition, the position serves as the corporate HIPPA Privacy Officer. Responsibilities include developing, modifying, and implementing compliance policies and procedures, administering compliance activities and supervising compliance staff, monitoring compliance with the Code of Conduct, maintaining compliance reporting systems, and evaluating, investigating, and documenting reports of non-compliant activity. The role also involves developing methods for corrective action, coordinating internal compliance investigations and routine audits, responding to and coordinating external investigations and inquiries, and developing and implementing the organization’s compliance risk assessment and audit plan. Further, they will conduct regular audits and monitoring to identify and mitigate compliance vulnerabilities.
