Director of Analytics

Analytics Leadership:

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance, and Operations to translate business questions into actionable analytics.
• Present business narratives and recommendations to senior leadership.

Strategy Roadmap:

• Define and execute the company’s analytics strategy to support business goals.
• Ensure data initiatives directly support executive decision-making.

Infrastructure Governance:

• Oversee the semantic layer and scalable data models (SQL, dbt, Looker) to ensure data accuracy.
• Enable trusted, self-service reporting across the organization.

AI Innovation:

• Lead implementation of modern AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., conversational analytics, LLMs).
• Streamline reporting and improve data accessibility to accelerate time-to-insight.
