Job Description

As a Branch Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the team by handling new customer setups, generating quotes, managing pricing, and processing sales orders. Expect to accurately post all non-cash payments, including receipts, discounts, allowances, price adjustments, returns, and chargebacks, to customer accounts within 24 hours of receipt. You will also maintain organized customer files by scanning and filing documents in the database, resolving chargeback claims, processing credit card transactions, and responding to merchant service disputes. Your responsibilities also include overseeing workflow and team priorities, reviewing and interpreting Proof of Delivery (PODs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy in documentation and working to meet deadlines and maintain productivity. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
