Senior Design Manager

This role involves managing the design requirements for tenders and projects, providing guidance to design coordinators. Key responsibilities include having input into the selection of the design team, agreeing on responsibilities and scope of services, and agreeing on the tender and construction programme. The role also involves holding and minuting regular design meetings, advising on the selection of specialist sub-contractors, and considering alternative building methods and materials. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Design Manager/Senior Design Manager with strong internal package experience, change control, ideally with BSA experience/Healthcare experience.
