Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of complex global projects for clients in contract research, life sciences, or regulated healthcare sectors.
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, delivery, and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional international teams and develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Strong project management experience within a CRO, clinical research, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment.
- Proven experience managing complex global projects, enterprise accounts, and cross-functional distributed teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and risk management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
