FP&A Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled FP&A Data Analyst to join our finance team. In this critical role, you will support revenue tracking, customer reporting, and dashboard automation, consolidating data across multiple systems to drive insights for executive, finance, and operations teams. Your work will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decisions, with a sharp focus on recurring revenue, churn analysis, customer trends, and cost optimization. Key responsibilities include Data Consolidation & Quality from CRM, ERP (including Great Plains), billing platforms like ConnectWise. Also includes Data Infrastructure & Automation such as designing and managing SQL queries, building and maintaining Python-based ETL scripts, and overseeing dashboard automation. MRR & Revenue Analysis include tracking and reporting Monthly Recurring Revenue and supporting ACV forecasting. Cost Optimization Support will also be needed by partnering with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to track cost-saving initiatives. Finally, the role includes Customer Trends & Insights lead customer trend analysis and dashboard ownership, along with Cross-functional Collaboration and Process Improvement.
