Design Team Lead

What you will own:

• Brand systems that actually get used: Build documented visual systems, templates, component libraries, and per-brand rules that designers reach for.
• Repeatable production at scale: Create modular templates, clear briefing standards, and versioning; convert recurring feedback into checklists and onboarding material.
• AI that produces on-brand results: Structure prompt libraries, locked reference styles, and review checkpoints to make AI outputs predictable.

What success looks like:

• Brands feel like systems, and work looks consistent everywhere.
• Designers work to shared standards, reducing rework and repeated feedback.
• AI is a dependable part of creation, and the team feels supported and confident in their judgment.

What we're looking for:

• A direct, easy communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, remote team.
• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong digital portfolio.
• Track record of building systems—templates, brand guidelines, component libraries—not just one-off work.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other designers; leadership is a big plus.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to give clear, kind, useful feedback.
• Hands-on experience taming AI creative tools, or a strong point of view on how you would.
