Brand Stewardship:
- Serve as the senior in-house design voice and steward of Docker's visual system.
- Evolve the brand as we learn and ensure consistency across Marketing, Product, and beyond.
Web and Design System Ownership:
- Own the design of docker.com end-to-end, from information architecture to visual treatment.
- Lead the marketing design system in Figma, partnering with Product Design to keep brand and product coherent.
AI-Enhanced Creative Workflows:
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows for image generation, video, motion, and copy.
- Build systems, prompt libraries, and asset pipelines to enable higher velocity across the team.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Set and raise the craft bar across Marketing's design output through reviews and feedback.
- Partner with marketing leadership to translate strategy into brand and visual approaches.
