Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant SQE experience, or master's degree with 10+ years in regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong expertise in APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch, supplier audits, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Proven leadership in global matrixed organizations, with ability to travel up to 20% and work remotely from Europe.
