Job Description
Configure, test, train, and implement specific solutions using our “Factory Methodology.” Your focus will be on one specific implementation area (absence management, position management, payroll, for example). Once you have excelled in this area, you can stick with what you know or expand your knowledge base and take on new areas of our solution. You will be a key member of our implementation team and work closely with your peers from all over the globe.
Responsibilities include learning the Sparkrock 365 HRP solution, ensuring a successful changeover from existing HRP systems, implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will effectively configure a client’s future go-live environment, meet with consultants to clarify requirements, and handoff knowledge of cloud-based Human Resource & Payroll systems.
Requirements include a BA/BS, 3+ years of experience as an application or configuration specialist, ability to write and run advanced SQL queries, and knowledge of complex human resources and/or payroll concepts.
