Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare prior authorization requests by identifying clinical guidelines.
- Proactively obtain clinical information from prescribers.
- Resolve client, member, and provider concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a UM Technician I.
- State or National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
