Job Description
Reporting to the CMO, the Director of Partner Marketing will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for VAR and ISV partners in the ERP space. This includes segmenting partners based on potential, performance, and strategic alignment, prioritizing high-impact marketing activities. They will design and launch co-branded campaigns, demand generation programs, and digital marketing initiatives tailored to ERP buyers, in addition to creating scalable partner marketing toolkits and enablement materials. The director will lead partner onboarding and marketing enablement sessions to ensure alignment on messaging, build strong relationships with partner marketing teams, and organize partner webinars and events. Key responsibilities also include defining KPIs and tracking performance of partner marketing programs, providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
