Role Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to scale Meta and TikTok user acquisition campaigns.
- This high-impact media buying role combines hands-on paid social expertise, data-driven mindset, AI fluency, and creative judgment.
What You'll Do:
- Own paid social acquisition, full-funnel performance, and budget allocation across channels.
- Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap and partner with Creative to develop winning ad concepts.
- Implement AI-powered workflows and scalable performance reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing $MM budgets on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong creative instincts, systems mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience using AI to improve marketing workflows.
