Job Description

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. You’ll average 26 billable hours per week , with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload, with an opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours. You'll advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way. You’ll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you. Focus on clinical care as a dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
