The Benefits Navigator will play a key role in helping patients access care with confidence. This role verifies insurance benefits to ensure patients have clear, accurate information about their coverage, and runs prescription monitoring program (PMP) reports to support safe, responsible prescribing practices. As a friendly and supportive resource, the Benefits Navigator helps remove barriers so patients can focus on their mental health journey.
