Role Overview:

  • Lead the design, development, and build-out of balance-of-plant systems for a first-of-a-kind nuclear power plant.
  • Own major Rankine cycle systems from concept through commissioning.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage system development, trade studies, and detailed mechanical design.
  • Perform thermal, structural, and fluid analyses using hand calcs and FEA/CFD tools.
  • Interpret codes and standards, support regulatory submissions, and manage external contractors.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of mechanical/fluid system design experience.
  • Proficient with CAD, GD&T, and industry codes.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and ability to drive tasks from concept to completion.
