Senior Engineer, Platform & Data

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and support the company's internal technical platform, helping establish engineering standards and operational practices for internal applications.
• Support internal builders using AI-assisted development tools by providing guidance on source control, testing, and deployment.
• Improve software operations and production reliability by implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

Data Platform:

• Own and extend the data platform, maintaining the Azure Fabric Lakehouse architecture across bronze, silver, and gold layers.
• Build and monitor ingestion pipelines, resolve data quality issues, and help translate business questions into well-modeled reporting datasets.
• Support internal analytics stakeholders by working directly with operational, billing, and clinical leadership.

Who You Are:

• You have 4+ years building and supporting production software systems, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
• You have strong software engineering fundamentals, including Git workflows, testing, and code review.
• You are comfortable operating across both application engineering and data engineering domains.
