Senior Project Manager (Remote)

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity, focusing on enterprise system implementations and enhancements. This individual will manage full project lifecycles, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business goals. The SPM will be responsible for creating project charters, gathering, documenting, and tracking requirements and use cases, managing the UAT process, tracking budgets, running Agile stand-ups for development teams and reporting critical path issues to the project and Executive Team. The SPM must be able to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, facilitate requirement gathering, manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, oversee UAT, track budgets, and provide status updates. They must also identify and mitigate risks, serve as a liaison, develop executive-level reporting, lead post-implementation reviews, document business processes, and exercise independent judgment to solve complex problems.
