Copilot & Power Platform Architect LATAM (Remote)

Architecture & Delivery:

• Design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents embedded into real workflows using RAG, prompt orchestration, and tool calling.
• Define scalable integration patterns across Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.

Governance & Security:

• Build governance frameworks for environment segmentation, DLP policies, RBAC, and lifecycle management.
• Define guardrails for responsible AI including data boundaries, access controls, and auditability.
• Design identity and security architecture with Entra ID to meet enterprise requirements.

Client Leadership:

• Lead discovery workshops to assess current state, capture requirements, and define target architecture.
• Produce clear client-ready deliverables: technical design docs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Communicate tradeoffs and recommendations to technical teams and executive sponsors.

Enablement:

• Contribute to internal standards: reference architectures, templates, governance playbooks, and reusable patterns.
• Coach client makers and pro developers on best practices, including CoE patterns and enterprise operating models.
