About the Role:
- Lead complex IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work within a collaborative, technology-driven environment supporting innovation in clinical research and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards.
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with 4-6 years of IT project management experience.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- NetSuite subject-matter expertise is an advantage.
