About the Role:
- Act as a technical anchor and force multiplier for the data organization.

- Turn ambiguous business questions into clear technical roadmaps with actionable results.
- Own the full model lifecycle from data design to long-term production performance.
Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering with proven production system impact.
- Expert-level Python, SQL, and major ML frameworks like PyTorch or XGBoost.
