Business Analyst

Hold process walkthroughs with clients and document process requirements. Assess automation feasibility and prepare high-level solution designs. Bring a fresh perspective while designing the future solution using lean & design thinking principles. Create business cases including work effort, duration, and Cost Benefit Analysis. Prepare test cases, scenarios to cover functional and non-functional requirements for UAT. Measure KPIs and metrics pre- and post- automation. Contribute to the UiPath knowledge base with solutions to problems in relation to specific markets (industry, product, etc). Stay up to date with new UiPath technologies and provide thought leadership to clients on additional automation opportunities. Assist in defining services approach to new UiPath product capabilities or services offerings and assist with client training as needed. Extract and transform customers' process data using UiPath tools and technologies (Process Mining / Task Mining) to extract insights. Deploy, manage, and scale complex dashboards in UiPath Insights for large audiences including execs and upper management.
