Staff Product Manager, Workflow Builder

This role owns the strategy and execution of Luma Health’s Workflow Builder & Gallery—the no-code engine and template library that lets customers create care workflows fast, without tedious EHR configuration. You’ll define how users use triggers to enroll patients, add conditional logic, use actions to guide patients across channels, string together agentic AI with human-in-the-loop guardrails, and more. You’ll translate market and customer needs into clear roadmaps and PRDs; define KPIs and escalation paths; and partner cross-functionally on packaging, pricing, and enablement. You will own the vision & roadmap for Workflow Builder (authoring, orchestration, governance) and Gallery (curated templates, publishing, search).
