Job Description
SI-BONE is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Fulfillment to lead our global fulfillment operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of products and assets in support of surgical procedures. This role will oversee fulfillment execution, asset and loaner kit management, and field inventory performance across SI-BONEβs commercial and clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented, data-driven leader with a track record of building high-performing teams in the medical industry.
Responsibilities include: leading all order fulfillment processes, overseeing global assignment of surgical assets, driving loaner program performance, managing loose implant requests, owning monthly review of field utilization data, supporting operational budget development, building a high-performing asset management team, and owning core fulfillment processes and SOPs.
Requires a Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Also requires progressive experience in the medical industry, with senior leadership experience. Must have demonstrated expertise in field inventory, asset control, and surgical kit logistics, along with experience working in FDA/GMP-compliant environments and with ERP and inventory tracking systems.
