- Deliver intensive operational support, driving clinical and commercial turnaround.
- Foster a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Guide each practice through a structured 12-week Revival journey.
- Design targeted improvement plans to coach Practice Managers on-site.
- Help practices rediscover their potential and thrive.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to inspire performance improvements and unlock potential across practices.
- Experienced in guiding practices through operational challenges.
- Agile and responsive, thriving in dynamic environments.
