Multi-Unit Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple orthodontic practices.
- Drive performance in production, collections, insurance aging, and overall year-over-year growth.
- Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvements across all locations.
Orthodontic Operations Oversight:
- Maintain visibility into clinical workflow, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance.
- Utilize Gaidge and remote access tools to monitor schedules and proactively address operational challenges.
- Support offices in person as needed to maintain performance standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and support Office Managers and Assistant Managers daily.
- Conduct skill assessments and provide structured training using MB2’s training philosophy.
- Foster accountability, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
