Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to clinical managers, fostering accountability and teamwork.
- Serve as a primary operational liaison between clinical teams and health plan care management teams, ensuring alignment.
- Oversee onboarding and training for care teams and clinical managers, ensuring consistent readiness standards.
A Strong Candidate:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, care management, or managed care.
- Experience in value-based care strongly preferred; RN required, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven; skilled in translating organizational goals into measurable KPIs.
