People Management & Team Leadership:
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support for Registered Dietitians
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance check-ins, and annual reviews
- Address performance concerns and implement improvement plans as needed
Performance Management & OKR Alignment:
- Ensure RD adherence to company benchmarks, KPIs, and OKRs
- Monitor utilization, scheduling, documentation timeliness, and care delivery metrics
- Communicate performance expectations clearly and consistently
Operational & Workflow Oversight:
- Support day-to-day operations of the RD team, including coverage and workflow adherence
- Identify barriers to team performance and escalate operational issues as appropriate
- Contribute to the development of SOPs in partnership with operational and clinical counterparts
