Paralegal I

The Paralegal I will efficiently locate and retrieve relevant case law, statutes, and regulations using legal research tools and databases to support attorneys in building effective legal arguments. They will efficiently manage legal documents, deadlines, and electronically stored information during litigation using case management and e-discovery tools, while proactively leveraging new and existing technologies to optimize workflow and streamline processes. The candidate will use strong analytical skills to break down legal information, identify patterns, extract relevant details, and apply legal principles to assist attorneys in informed decision-making. They will communicate effectively with clients, actively listen to their concerns, demonstrating empathy, and proactively addressing their needs to maintain positive relationships.
