Vice President of Population Health

Belong Health is seeking a mission-driven Physician Leader to help refine and lead clinical care delivery programs. This individual will oversee Belong’s virtual and home-based medical group, drive excellence in risk adjustment and quality performance, and foster deep physician engagement across regions. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial clinician leader who thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment and is passionate about advancing value-based care. Lead the Belong Medical Group, provide vision and operational leadership for Belong Health’s virtual and home-based medical group leading a team of MD/DO, Advanced Practice Providers (APP’s), and Ancillary Medical Staff to provide care to patient populations in innovative models addressing key gaps in care. Advance Risk & Quality Performance by developing and executing strategies to ensure accurate risk adjustment through proactive documentation and coding practices. Serve as a trusted partner and ambassador to regional physician networks, health systems, and community providers.
