Purchasing Manager

House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee and manage all purchasing activities related to home renovations. This role involves bidding, contract management, and negotiation to ensure cost-effective and high-quality renovations. The Purchasing Manager will develop detailed scopes of work, manage project budgets, and recruit new contractors and vendors. The role requires partnering with senior management to determine spec levels, managing general contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring proper contractor registration.
