Therapist (Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder)

As a Telehealth Therapist specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and mental health, you will play a pivotal role within our care team. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary professionals, you will deliver a full spectrum of supportive services to patients, emphasizing harm reduction, sustained recovery, and continuity of care. Responsibilities include conduct telehealth counseling sessions for SUD and/or mental health disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans via case conferencing and consultations. Assess and intervene in crisis scenarios, advocating for patients and providing necessary resources and referrals.
