- Identify critical path activities, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Recommend practical mitigation strategies and next steps.
Team Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Facilitate cross-functional sub-team meetings and ad-hoc working groups.
- Ensure accurate flow of information across functions.
- Keep teams aligned and project execution moving forward.
Process Improvement & Startup Readiness:
- Develop and refine project management best practices, tools, and processes.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
