Your Role:
- Develop and provide training to actuarial analysts.
- Manage actuarial consultants and analysts, providing guidance on various projects.
- Initiate analysis to address business issues and ensure deadlines are met.
Your Work:
- Lead monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
- Effectively communicate reserve results and analysis to senior leaders.
- Drive innovation and process improvement across the team.
What We're Looking For:
- BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 6+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years.
- 3+ years of reserving experience and 1+ years of leadership experience.
- ACAS designation and strong decision-making, coaching, and mentoring skills.
