This role will lead the company’s day-to-day ceded reinsurance operations while developing iterative improvement of the company’s buying strategy. The role will critically contribute to improving spend efficiency, reducing EBIT volatility, and protecting risk capital. The right candidate will deeply understand and contribute to Openly’s unique approach to product, risk, and capital management, reporting to the Head of Reinsurance & Capital Management and sitting within the Finance team.
