QA Manager

The QA Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the quality assurance strategy across engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on test automation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role provides strategic leadership in QA practices while overseeing the work of QA engineers and ensuring consistent quality standards are applied through all stages of the software development lifecycle. The QA Manager works closely with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to define and drive a culture of quality across the organization. Defines, implements, and manages the overall quality strategy, including automation, manual testing, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Leads, mentors, and manages a team of QA engineers across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring consistent execution and delivery. Collaborates with Engineering and Product leadership to align testing priorities with business goals. Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reliable test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
