Job Description
Assist in developing and maintaining configuration baselines for applications, services, and infrastructure. Document configuration details, attribute changes, and environment-specific differences. Support the creation and maintenance of version labels, release identifiers, and code promotion records. Conduct environment diffs to identify configuration drift or unexpected discrepancies. Integrate configuration processes with CI/CD pipelines to ensure accurate and automated baseline application. Collaborate with DevSecOps teams on configuration automation, deployment workflows, and environment consistency. Support release management by preparing configuration artifacts and verifying alignment before deployment.Coordinate with the CM Lead, Configuration Specialists, and system owners on configuration governance requirements. Validate configuration items (CIs) against expected baselines and update documentation as needed. Produce configuration documentation, change histories , technical diagrams, and environment mapping materials. Assist in configuration audits and support corrective actions related to configuration integrity. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to automate configuration controls.
